By reading widely, taking training courses and trying out different methods, Severin Berz has developed a strong interest in health and in the various ways that health can be improved during the teenage years. After Latin and African percussion studies, he followed a training course in relaxing massage (EPRM, Lutry), which taught him the basics of anatomy and introduced him to therapeutic touch. In order to broaden his knowledge of massage techniques, he then completed a course in plant reflexology (EPRM, Lutry). With a view to pursuing the relationship between the body and the emotions, he also began training in kinesiology (ICPKP, IHS Genève).

Following an energy treatment, he discovered the potential of energy-based methods and began training to learn how to feel and harmonize energy bodies (Sophie Mégard, Genève). He was particularly drawn to the work of Sophie Mégard and, consequently, followed her training course in altered states of consciousness (Sophie Mégard, Genève) as well as her advanced classes. At the same time, he discovered and became fascinated by craniosacral therapy. He trained as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist (ISBC-Kiental, Kiental), became increasingly familiar with this method, and subsequently translated the ISBC-Kiental training course into French.

Thanks to the work he has done on a personal level during these various training courses, he has developed a heightened consciousness of the body, learning to feel energy bodies and detect the body’s subtle movements. Thanks to everything he has learnt during his training, as well as through individual research and practice, he has developed an enhanced ability to use and interpret perceptions. He is currently the French-language coordinator for ISBC-Kiental. He offers private consultations in Chexbres and gives lectures to raise awareness of biodynamic craniosacral therapy in French-speaking Switzerland and France.
